We accepts returns within 14 days after you have received the purchased item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

STARTING A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@studioramcph.com. If your return is accepted, we'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days of submission.

PRODUCT COLOURS (ART PRINTS & FRAMES)
We strive to present our art prints and frames as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings (such as brightness, color modes, filters and calibration), the colors displayed on your device may vary slightly from the actual product.

We kindly ask for your understanding that slight variations in color are not considered a defect and are part of the nature of printed artwork.

PRODUCT DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the product you currently have. After we’ve confirmed the return, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This process ensures that you receive your new item promptly and securely.

REFUNDS
Once we have received the returned item and conducted a quality control check, we will process the refund. We aim to complete the refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to the account.
