Returns

STARTING A RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at hello@studioramcph.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging — or a similar protective tube/box.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

PRODUCT COLOURS (ART PRINTS & FRAMES)

We strive to present our art prints and frames as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings (such as brightness, color modes, filters, and calibration), the colors displayed on your device may vary slightly from the actual product.

We kindly ask for your understanding that slight variations in color are not considered a defect and are part of the nature of printed artwork.

DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS

We prepare every shipment with care, yet on rare occasions, goods can be harmed in transit. When your parcel arrives, carefully inspect the packaging and the item itself right away. If you discover any damage, please email hello@studioramcph.com within 3 business days of receiving the order with your order number and the following photographs:

  • Clear pictures of the product(s) that have been damaged
  • The outer packaging — front, back, and any dented or crushed corners
  • The inner protective material
  • The shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until we confirm the next steps. We review damage claims promptly and will take swift action to resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the product you currently have. After we’ve confirmed the return, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This process ensures that you receive your new item promptly and securely.

REFUNDS

Once we have received the returned item and conducted a quality control check, we will process the refund. We aim to complete the refund within 1–3 business days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be credited to the account.
