PROCESSING TIMES

Due to our eco-friendly print-on-demand process, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be thoughtfully produced and prepared for shipping. This approach helps us ensure the highest quality of your art prints while adhering to our sustainability values.

CUSTOMS

Some orders may be subject to import taxes and VAT. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Studio Rām has no control over these. Any questions on customs policies must be directed to your local postal service.

We trust GLS, FedEx, PostNord, and UPS for all our deliveries, ensuring that your art arrives safely and efficiently.

DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS

We prepare every shipment with care, yet on rare occasions, goods can be harmed in transit. When your parcel arrives, carefully inspect the packaging and the item itself right away. If you discover any damage, please email hello@studioramcph.com within 3 business days of receiving the order with your order number and the following photographs:

  • Clear pictures of the product(s) that have been damaged
  • The outer packaging — front, back, and any dented or crushed corners
  • The inner protective material
  • The shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until we confirm the next steps—our carrier may need to examine it. We review damage claims promptly and will take swift action to resolve the issue.

FRAMING DETAILS

For enhanced safety and durability in our 70×100 cm and 100×140 cm frames, we utilize high-quality acrylic glass. For our A3 and 50×70 cm frames, we use traditional real glass, providing a classic, clear finish that beautifully showcases the artwork.

MATERIAL & PACKAGING

Unframed prints are carefully wrapped in protective wrapping paper and shipped in a durable, protective tube. Framed items are securely packed in our recyclable, protective cardboard box for safe delivery.

COLLECTION AND REDELIVERY

Please ensure to collect your order within the specified period from the notification sent via SMS or email. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for redelivery. It’s crucial to provide an accurate mobile number during checkout to receive timely updates.
