These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.studioramcph.com.
GENERAL
When you shop at studioramcph.com, you accept our Terms & Conditions. Please carefully read all of the below-mentioned Terms & Conditions before shopping on our site. These Terms & Conditions may be updated, so we ask that you read them each time you shop with us. Previous customers, recipients of our newsletter, or any others are not notified of any updates. The applicable Terms & Conditions will be those in place at the time of your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact our customer service team before making a purchase on our website.
WEBSITE
We strive to keep studioramcph.com available 24 hours a day but may need to close the website for maintenance. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website, including prices, offers, and descriptions of goods, is accurate and up-to-date. However, there may be occasional errors, such as spelling mistakes or incorrect pricing or product information. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may cause.
PRODUCT COLOURS
At Studio Rām Copenhagen, we strive to present our art prints and frames as accurately as possible. However, due to calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, smartphones, screen brightness, and color modes, the colors shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual colors of the art prints and frames.
We appreciate your understanding if there are any minor color differences.
PLACING AN ORDER
We reserve the right to cancel an order without liability, compensation, or other damages under certain circumstances. These circumstances may include but are not limited to the following:
Incorrect or unverified payment information. An order placed with the intent to commit fraud or other illegal activity. An unintentional error occurs on our website, such as a payment error or an item being out of stock. If an order is canceled, we will do our best to notify the customer, refund the purchase, or provide another suitable solution.
Before finalizing an order, the customer has the opportunity to review and modify the delivery, billing, and payment information. The item(s) of purchase can also be changed or removed. Once an order has been placed, a receipt will be displayed on the screen. At this point, modifying or canceling an order is not possible. The payment will be processed as soon as the goods are shipped.
SECURITY
You can safely use your credit card on our webshop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure - a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.
CURRENCY
As a customer, you can view and pay for the order at the checkout as well as receive refunds in your local currency. You can use the country selector at the bottom of the page to change your currency selection.
PRICES, CUSTOMS & SALES TAX/VAT
Prices on our website do not include delivery charges.
If you are placing an international order outside of the European Union, you may be subject to customs duties, depending on your country of residence. The carrier will contact you if there are any additional charges or customs clearance requirements. This may cause delays in delivery. Ram Cph ApS is not responsible for paying these duties. By law, we are unable to alter the value of an order on commercial invoices. We must comply with all international import/export regulations. If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you are placing an order within the European Union, your country's sales taxes and value-added tax (VAT) are included in the price. No additional duties will be added upon arrival in the destination country as per EU customs policies for intra-EU sales. If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, you will not be charged the EU sales taxes and VAT, but you may be subject to additional taxes and duties in your destination country. Ram Cph ApS is not responsible for these charges or any customs fees.
DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been placed. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order. Ram Cph ApS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping companies.
DISCLAIMER
Ram Cph ApS reserves the right to correct any sold-out items, typographical errors, changes in prices, taxes, and VAT. We cannot be held liable for any such errors or changes. Your order is not considered complete and the purchase agreement is not final until you receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging intact.
- Starting a Return: Contact us at hello@studioramcph.com to start the return process. Once accepted, we will provide details for returning your package, including a return shipping label.
- Product Damages: Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies immediately so we can address the issue.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed once returns are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days of return acceptance. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All goods purchased from studioramcph.com are governed by Danish law. In accordance with Danish law, a customer has 24 months to file a complaint about a defective or flawed item. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are the result of negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal and expected wear and tear due to normal use, your right to file a complaint may be waived. If you have a complaint or if your delivery is incomplete, please contact us at hello@studioramcph.com. If your complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return at no cost to you.
FORCE MAJEURE
Ram Cph ApS is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is due to force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control. We will do our best to minimize the impact of such events on our customers and our business.
